Already a yoga instructor? Fantastic! Dive into our 100-hour training, where we blend bible study, class sequencing, and the Word into your existing practice.

For over 16 years, Holy Yoga has been empowering individuals worldwide with Christ-centered yoga teacher training. We have a vibrant community of instructors dedicated to spreading encouragement and inspiration through yoga. We’d love for you to become a part of it!

Now, let’s talk dates and logistics:
- The 200-hour training spans nine in-person sessions and nine one-hour Zoom calls.
- Purchase includes membership at Firefly Yoga & Movement Studio for duration of training.
- Each weekend will consist of in person classes and also includes weekly one-hour life group discussion, additional home study, reading assignments, at-home video instruction, and a teaching practicum. Prepare for 10-15 hours of at home work each session. *This training is an approved Yoga Alliance 200 Hour program for 2025*
