What this training is

This is a behavioral and energetic leadership system that works from the inside out — combining the wisdom of the chakra system, deep yogic philosophy, and a rigorous behavioral training model to produce teachers who are steady, clear, and genuinely ready to lead.

You will leave with a cleaner voice, a regulated nervous system, structural sequencing intelligence, the ability to mentor others, and a 30-year career architecture built entirely around your values and your vision.

The Curriculum

Built on advanced training manuals included in your tuition, the curriculum moves from the inside out, from energetic awareness to behavioral mastery to professional architecture.

Module 1

The Energetic Foundation

The chakra system as a behavioral and leadership framework. Understanding how energy moves through you and your students — and how to work with it deliberately.

Module 2

Voice, Presence & Authority

How you use your voice, body, and presence to hold a room. Live behavioral feedback begins here. This is where the real training starts.

Module 3

Nervous System Leadership

Polyvagal theory applied to teaching. How to regulate your own nervous system so you can co-regulate your students — especially in high-stress or emotionally activated rooms.

Module 4

Yin Yoga Certification

A full Yin Yoga certification weekend — philosophy, anatomy for long holds, sequencing for different targets, and how to guide students into deep stillness safely.

Module 5

Advanced Sequencing Intelligence

The architecture of transformation inside a class, a series, and a training. How to sequence with intention across time — not just in a single session.

Module 6

Yogic Philosophy — Advanced

Deep immersion into the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, and Tantric philosophy as practical frameworks for living and leading — not just intellectual study.

Module 7

Mentorship & Holding Space

How to mentor other teachers, hold difficult conversations, give feedback that lands, and build the kind of trust that makes growth possible in your students.

Module 8

8-Week Series Design

You design and build your own complete 8-week progressive series during this module — a real, deliverable offering you can take directly to the market.

Module 9

Workshop Design & Delivery

You design and deliver your own 3-hour workshop, open to the Firefly community. Real audience, real feedback, real experience leading a room at scale.

Module 10

Career Architecture & Graduation

Your complete 30-year professional roadmap. Niche, revenue streams, sustainability, and vision — plus graduation ceremony and senior certification.

This 300-hour program provides 300 Yoga Alliance-aligned hours, making graduates eligible to apply for the RYT-500 designation — the advanced internationally recognized credential that opens doors to senior teaching roles, trainings, and retreat leadership worldwide.
